Delivery & Returns
Delivery We expect to dispatch all orders the next working day after the day that the order is received and confirmed by us (subject to stock availability).
 Postage and Packing to any UK destination
*Next day guaranteed is only available for the delivery addresses in the mainland UK by Royal Mail. Order must be placed before 12pm to be guaranteed delivery for the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or after 12pm on Friday, will be guaranteed delivery by Tuesday. UK Bank Holidays will delay delivery by a further day. Please make sure there is someone available to sign for a next day delivery parcel otherwise it will be taken to your local postal depot. We cannot accept liability where Royal Mail fails to uphold their promised delivery times. For Special Delivery items you will be able to track the progress of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.
**Although we deliver to European countries that are not memebers of EU with the same shipping rate, ie Switzerland, buyers of these countries should be aware that your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be charged by your local Customs Office before they release the delivery to you. If you require further details, please contact your local Customs Office.
***Delivery by Royal Mail. The delivery time published above is a guideline only. Please allow up to 20 working days for your items to arrive within the UK and 25 working days for your items to arrive at international destinations. We may choose other couriers for the delivery of heavy items.
Returns We endeavour to provide you with the best products and services, and we believe you will be pleased with the items that you purchase from Naturesense. However for whatever reason you wish to return them, you can do so as long as you notify us within 7 days following the date that you receive the goods. We will give you a full refund of the value of the products within 30 days as long as the items returned are in the same condition as they were in at the time of delivery to you. We regret that we can not refund or replace for any product that is opened and used unless the item is faulty. Return Procedure 1 You notify us in writing that you wish to return the products Naturesense PO Box 7533 MK19 7WN (*The postage of the returned items are payable by you) 4. Once we receive both the completed Return Form and the returned items, we will issue you a full refund of the value of the products within 30 days.
