Q: Why is the shopping basket showing empty although I have added products?
A: Because the Cookies on your computer are disabled.
Q: How do I enable the Cookies? A: If you are using Internet Explorer, please go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Set to Medium High. Alternatively, you can choose to add Naturesense to your site list by clicking Sites and adding http://www.naturesense.co.uk If you are using Firefox, please go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Click Accept Cookies From Sites

Q: I find this symbol “∞” under “Stock” at Checkout, does that mean that the products are not in stock?
Q: What if I want to pay by Cheque or Postal Order?
Q: Can I get the items delivered to another address rather than my invoice address? A: Yes, you can. There is a section at the Checkout requesting to confirm your delivery address before proceeding to payment. You can edit your new delivery address there. But we can only offer this service when you provide us with your home telephone number on registration. Regretfully, for Paypal users, we can only deliver the goods to your invoice address under the Seller Protection rule of Paypal. Q: I bought two products of the same kind, but the colour looks quite different from one to the other, does that mean one of them have gone off? A: No. They are perfectly Okay. The reason that the colour varies is because the natural ingredients collected in different seasons show different colours. It reflects the pure nature of the product. You will find a lot of our creams do vary a lot in colour. Q: Do you have catalogues? A: We do not do full catalogues although we do distribute fliers to Naturesense customers from time to time when there are promotions/big savings available. ![]() |
