Q: Why is the shopping basket showing empty although I have added products?
A: Because the Cookies on your computer are disabled.
Q: How do I enable the Cookies?
A: If you are using Internet Explorer, please go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Set to Medium High. Alternatively, you can choose to add Naturesense to your site list by clicking Sites and adding http://www.naturesense.co.uk
If you are using Firefox, please go to Tools > Options > Privacy > Click Accept Cookies From Sites
Q: The shopping basket shows all the products I want. But the products disappear when I go to Checkout. Why?
A: The system only processes orders when your personal information is entered correctly. Please check if you have entered your correct address, correct telephone number and your correct email address.
In the unlikely circumstance that all the information is correct and it still shows empty at the Checkout, please give us a call on 01223 969697 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can I place my order on the phone?
A: Yes, absolutely. Please get your credit/debit card ready and ring 01223 969697, we will do the rest for you.
Q: I find this symbol “∞” under “Stock” at Checkout, does that mean that the products are not in stock?
A: No. This symbol means these products are in stock. Products that are sold out will be clearly marked “Out of Stock” on the product page and show "0" under "Stock" at the checkout.
Q: What if I want to pay by Cheque or Postal Order?
A: You can do so absolutely. There are two options on the "Payment" section at the Checkout, you can choose either "Postal Order Form" or "Paypal". The Postal Order Form is the option for payment by Cheque/Postal Order. Please print it out and post it to us with your Cheque/Postal Order made payable to "Naturesense" or email it to us with the title of "Cheque to follow". As soon as the Cheque/Postal Order has cleared, we will dispatch the order to you.
Q: I don't have a Paypal account. Can I pay via Paypal with my card?
A: Absolutely. Once you click Paypal at the Checkout, it will take you to the Paypal page. You will then see "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue" Please click "Continue". You can now make your payment.
Q: Can I get the items delivered to another address rather than my invoice address?
A: Yes, you can. There is a section at the Checkout requesting to confirm your delivery address before proceeding to payment. You can edit your new delivery address there. But we can only offer this service when you provide us with your home telephone number on registration.
Q: I bought two products of the same kind, but the colour looks quite different from one to the other, does that mean one of them have gone off?
A: No. They are perfectly Okay. The reason that the colour varies is because the natural ingredients collected in different seasons show different colours. It reflects the pure nature of the product. You will find a lot of our creams do vary a lot in colour.
Q: Do you have catalogues?
A: We do not do full catalogues although we do distribute fliers to Naturesense customers from time to time when there are promotions/big savings available.
Q: I have collected some loyalty points. How can I claim that?
A: When your loyalty points reach 100 or more. The system will automatically show you the option of claiming your points at the Checkout. 1 point is worth 1 penny. 100 points is worth £1.
