We expect to dispatch all orders the next working day after the day that the order is received and confirmed by us (subject to stock availability).
*Although we deliver to European countries that are not memebers of EU with the same shipping rate, ie Switzerland, buyers of these countries should be aware that your items may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be charged by your local Customs Office before they release the delivery to you. If you require further details, please contact your local Customs Office.
**Next day guaranteed is only available for the delivery addresses in the mainland UK and available on Monday to Friday only(except bank holidays or public holidays) .
***These rates are for standard items only. For heavy bulk items, the delivery rates are calculated based on weight. This is displayed on the product page.
Returns We endeavour to provide you with the best products and services, and we believe you will be pleased with the items that you purchase from Naturesense. However for whatever reason you wish to return them, you can do so as long as you notify us within 7 days following the date that you receive the goods. We will give you a full refund of the value of the products within 30 days as long as the items returned are in the same condition as they were in at the time of delivery to you. We regret that we can not rufund or replace for any product that is opened and used unless the item is faulty.
